Very bad customer service. Unfriendly consultants.

Overpriced basic supplier! In places in a one-person household over € 60 a month for electricity before I switched. It has become more expensive every year, but this is nothing new. The consumption has remained the same and no, I did not have all the electrical appliances on 24/7. I can only advise everyone to contact an energy consultant. This is not a rip off! As long as you turn to companies like Teleson. Their employees are often freelance and receive commission for contracts that have been concluded, which means that you support these people and no, the commission does not go to your neck, but the provider pays them out. Change every year if possible and always make sure to have a price guarantee! I've been driving safely for years. And the best thing is, you don't have to worry about anything, the paperwork is done by your energy consultant. No headache. Win-win for everyone except rip-offs!

As squid rings with garnish (for an upscale price), there was ready-made, fried TK Ware with a loveless salad. For the price / just above it's or you expect fresh! Service was first busy with other colleague, had to wait first. Was not otherwise friendly, but rather uninterested / absent. Not worth a visit

The nice Mrs. K. at the counter, very unfriendly, soggy, prefer to help with the chat with the colleague as a customer. I was so shocked by the lady's sluggish manner that I did not know how to react. You were greeted with the words what you wanted there. Then rather the handle to the listener, because you always have nice people on the phone, who are willing to listen to the problems and together with the customer looking for a solution. The lady in the customer center should better have no direct contact with the customer. Since you are just scared, but it is still no Halloween.

Lunch 2 people. Service fast and friendly. Charging station for smartphones available. Volume pleasant. Cafe 'looks clean with modern furniture. After consultation goulash soup from the tin. 2x salad for over 12 € ordered for lunch. Price / performance unfortunately 1 star for the food. Total therefore 2 stars. Please improve price / quality for the pure food.

A great cafe! Pleasant volume, super friendly and helpful customer service, cappuccino very delicious, large sundae and the fruits fresh, just great.

Together with friends I ate waffles here. There was a lot of choice. The price-performance ratio is right. After ordering, it did not take long for the waffles to arrive. The waffles are freshly prepared. They were delicious and a good sized portion. I've been there for the third time. Both times I was very satisfied. Unfortunately the customer toilets were not as clean as requested. I wanted a smaller drink than on the menu. This was unfortunately only in the specified size. In summer you can sit outside very well. Greetings Laura
